GTA 6 Videos28 of 28

Grand Theft Auto VI does not come out until November 19, 2026, which means there is no gameplay to watch and no guide that can be tested. Everything below is either an official Rockstar trailer or somebody analysing one. That is worth saying up front, because a lot of these titles are written to sound like reporting.

So this is not a feed. All 30 videos were picked by hand, every YouTube ID was checked against YouTube's own oEmbed endpoint so nothing here is a dead or mismatched link, and each one carries a note saying what we think it is actually good for — including the ones where the honest answer is “the title oversells it.” Where several videos cover the same ground, the note says which one to pick.

What the badges mean

The badge describes the kind of source, not how good the video is. A speculation video can be excellent and still be guessing.

  • OfficialPublished by Rockstar. The primary source everything else is arguing about.
  • Technical analysisMeasured rather than guessed — frame timings, rendering, physics.
  • Frame-by-frame breakdownClaims you can check yourself by pausing the trailer.
  • RoundupAggregates public facts. Convenient, but not original reporting.
  • CommentaryOpinion and reaction. Valuable where it disagrees, not where it summarises.
  • SpeculationBuilt on the 2022 leak build or on inference. Entertaining; not evidence.

Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 2

Rockstar's second official trailer for GTA VI, expanding on the story, setting, and cast of characters across Leonida and Vice City ahead of launch.

Our take

The single most important video in the vault. Trailer 2 is where most of the confirmed cast, the region variety, and the Bonnie-and-Clyde framing actually come from. If a breakdown contradicts something here, the breakdown is wrong.

Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 1

The debut reveal trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, introducing Vice City, protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, and the state of Leonida. It broke YouTube records for a non-music video debut.

Our take

The primary source, and the reason every other video on this page exists. Watch this before any breakdown — almost every claim you will hear elsewhere traces back to a frame in here. Worth rewatching now that Trailer 2 has recontextualised parts of it.

GTA 6: Everything We Know

A comprehensive roundup covering release date history (including the delay to November 19, 2026), platforms, map, characters, and story details known so far about GTA 6.

Our take

A competent catch-up video if you have been ignoring GTA 6 entirely. Nothing here is original reporting — it is an aggregation of the same public facts this site lists. Fine as an audio overview, not a source to cite.

The New Robbery Mechanics in GTA 6 Are Going to Be Insane

Analysis of the overhauled robbery and heist mechanics teased in GTA 6 trailers and leaks, including cooperative roles between Jason and Lucia, hostage AI, and the Eagle Eye scanning system.

Our take

Confident framing, thin sourcing. The cooperative-roles idea is plausible; the hostage AI and scanning-system specifics are extrapolated from the 2022 leak build, which was years from release. Entertaining, but do not plan around any of it.

A GTA 6 Leak Explodes Online & an Unannounced Controller Gets Revealed Early

Spawn Wave's gaming news show covers a GTA 6 leak going viral online alongside other breaking industry news.

Our take

A general industry news show that happens to cover a GTA leak, rather than dedicated GTA analysis. Lower stakes and lower claims than the leak-focused channels, which is a point in its favour. Mostly of passing interest now.

GTA 6's Economy Will Be Nothing Like GTA 5

Speculation on GTA 6's money and economic systems departing from GTA 5's straightforward cash model, touching on layered income tiers, business fronts, and money laundering theories.

Our take

The premise — that GTA 6's economy will differ structurally from GTA 5's — is reasonable. Everything built on top of it about income tiers, fronts and laundering is invention. Useful for the questions it raises, not the answers it gives.

This New Leak Confirms a Huge GTA 6 Online Feature

A breakdown of a leak that appears to confirm details about an upcoming GTA 6 Online multiplayer feature.

Our take

A video whose title says 'confirms' about something Rockstar has not confirmed. Online has no announced release date or feature set as of August 2026. Listed here as an example of how leak coverage is framed, with that caveat attached.

GTA 6 Robbery System Is Unbelievably Deep

A discussion of how deep and dynamic GTA 6's robbery and heist system appears to be based on trailer footage and leaks.

Our take

Covers the same ground as the Dandy Andy robbery video with the same problem: a system nobody outside Rockstar has played is described as though it is documented. Included for completeness of the conversation, not as evidence.

GTA 6's New Police AI Is a Massive Upgrade (Here's How It Works)

Analysis of leaks and trailer evidence pointing to overhauled police AI in GTA 6, including smarter dispatch and tactical responses.

Our take

Police AI is the most over-promised topic in GTA 6 coverage. Trailer footage genuinely suggests changes; the leaked build this leans on is old and unfinished. Treat every specific claim about dispatch behaviour as unverified.

'The Complete No-Nonsense Guide to GTA 6' From Jetro: Luke Reacts

Luke Stephens reacts to and expands on Jetro's no-nonsense GTA 6 guide with his own veteran commentary and practical takeaways.

Our take

A reaction video, which normally means padding — this one earns its place because Stephens pushes back on parts of the guide rather than just nodding along. Worth it for the disagreements, not for the summary.

The Complete No-Nonsense Guide to GTA 6

A prep guide covering everything confirmed about GTA 6 so far, aimed at helping both newcomers and longtime GTA fans get ready for launch.

Our take

The strongest of the prep guides, mainly because it separates confirmed facts from expectations more clearly than its competitors. Predates several 2026 announcements including the November 19 date confirmation, so cross-check anything time-sensitive.

GTA 6 Gameplay: The Wanted System, Cops & Police Activity

Breakdown of leaked and confirmed details about the wanted system, star levels, and police activity mechanics expected in GTA 6.

Our take

MrBossFTW's channel runs on volume and urgency, and titles like this one outrun the evidence routinely. Kept in the vault because it is part of what the community is actually watching — read the headline as a question, not a statement.

GTA 6 Has the Most Realistic Police in Gaming: They've Evolved

Comparison of GTA 5's criticized wanted system against leaked and trailer-derived evidence of GTA 6's more realistic, evolved police behavior.

Our take

The GTA 5 comparison half is fair and well argued. The GTA 6 half rests on the 2022 leak footage, which showed a build years from completion. The claim in the title is not something anyone can currently know.

GTA 6 Character Customization Is Going to Be Insane

Why GTA 6's character customization system is expected to be the most detailed in franchise history, based on trailer footage and screenshots.

Our take

Customization is the topic with the widest gap between what has been shown and what is claimed. Rockstar has demonstrated very little of it. This is a wishlist argued persuasively — enjoy it as that.

GTA 6 Trailer Easter Eggs Breakdown: Every Detail You Might've Missed

An easter egg hunt through the GTA 6 trailer footage, highlighting callbacks to Vice City, real-world Florida inspirations, and small background details.

Our take

Solid on the Vice City callbacks and the real-Florida parallels. Weaker where it tries to infer story from set dressing. Useful if you played the 2002 Vice City and want the references pointed out.

What Cars Are in GTA 6 So Far? Trailer Breakdown and GTA 5 Matches

A vehicle-spotting analysis comparing cars seen across the GTA 6 trailers to their equivalents from GTA 5, tracking which models are returning versus new.

Our take

Vehicle spotting against confirmed GTA 5 equivalents is one of the few pre-launch exercises that can actually be checked, since the models are visible on screen. Reliable within its narrow scope — it does not claim to know handling or availability.

A Detailed Tour of the GTA 6 Map (Trailer 2 Update)

A guided tour through the GTA 6 map as revealed and updated by Trailer 2, covering Vice City districts and surrounding Leonida regions like the Keys and Grassrivers.

Our take

The most useful map video in the vault, because it was updated after Trailer 2 rather than left standing on Trailer 1 assumptions. Good for orienting yourself before launch. Remember Rockstar has published no official map — every layout here is reconstructed.

GTA 6 Trailer 2: 30 Details You Missed

A breakdown of 30 details and easter eggs spotted in GTA 6's second trailer, covering references to prior Grand Theft Auto games and hints about the map and story.

Our take

A tighter, more watchable version of the same exercise as the 100+ videos. Thirty details means fewer reaches. Reasonable second watch after IGN's if you want the fan-community angle without a forty-minute runtime.

GTA 6 Trailer 2 Breakdown: Story Reveals

GTA Series Videos breaks down the story reveals in GTA 6 Trailer 2, covering Lucia's backstory, Jason's arc, and the Bonnie-and-Clyde dynamic driving the pair through Leonida.

Our take

GTA Series Videos has covered this series longer than most of these channels have existed, and it shows in the restraint. This focuses on story rather than easter eggs, which makes it the most useful trailer breakdown for understanding Lucia and Jason specifically.

GTA VI Trailer Breakdown: 100+ Easter Eggs You Missed (Trailer 2)

A frame-by-frame breakdown of GTA 6's second trailer, cataloguing over 100 easter eggs, references to past GTA titles, and real-life Florida location parallels.

Our take

The most exhaustive Trailer 2 catalogue available. Over 100 items is a lot of signal mixed with a lot of noise — treat the location and vehicle spots as solid, and the callback theories as fun rather than factual. Good for finding things to look up, not for conclusions.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Trailer 2 Tech Breakdown: Incredible Realism, Impressive RT, Astonishing Detail

Technical analysis examining the driving and vehicle rendering in Trailer 2, including suspension behavior, tire deformation, and ray-traced reflections.

Our take

The most rigorous video in this collection by a distance. Digital Foundry measures rather than speculates — suspension travel, tyre deformation, ray-traced reflections. If you only watch one non-Rockstar video about how GTA 6 will actually look and feel to drive, make it this one.

89 Details From GTA 6 Trailer 2

IGN combs through every second of Rockstar's second GTA 6 trailer to point out 89 hidden details, background references, and easter eggs fans may have missed.

Our take

IGN's 89-detail pass is the most restrained of the big trailer breakdowns. It sticks closer to what is visibly on screen than the fan channels do, which makes it a better starting point if you dislike speculation dressed as observation.

GTA 6 Full Trailer 2 Breakdown: All Cars, Characters, Map Locations, Story & More

A frame-by-frame breakdown of GTA 6 Trailer 2 with heavy emphasis on cataloguing the cars, trucks, and bikes shown alongside other trailer details.

Sprawling, and heaviest on vehicles. The car identification is genuinely good; the map and story sections are covered better elsewhere. Skip to the vehicle segments unless you want the full sweep.

A dedicated vehicle-spotting breakdown of GTA 6 Trailer 2, identifying every visible car and matching each in-game model to its real-life counterpart.

Our take

Overlaps heavily with the other car-spotting videos here. Its distinguishing feature is matching in-game models to real-world counterparts, which is genuinely handy if you want to know what you will be driving. Pick one of the three vehicle videos rather than all three.

GTA 6 Character Customization Is Insane: Aging, Scars, Voice Options & More Revealed

A deep dive into speculated and revealed GTA 6 customization depth, covering character aging, scars, voice options, and other personalization systems.

Aging, scars and voice options are specific enough claims that they should have specific sources, and they do not. Most of this traces back to the 2022 leak build. One of four customization videos here — collected so you can see how much they disagree with each other.

A Detailed Look at the State Map of GTA 6 (2025 Update)

An in-depth look at the full state map of Leonida in GTA 6, compiling trailer footage and official screenshots to map out Vice City and outlying regions.

A serious attempt at compiling the whole state from scattered footage. Predates the Trailer 2 update above, so where the two disagree, trust the newer one. Kept here because the reasoning is shown rather than asserted.

GTA 6 Character Customization: Everything We Know

A roundup of everything known about GTA 6's character customization system, covering hairstyles, outfits, and appearance options for Jason and Lucia.

GTA 6 (Grand Theft Auto VI) Trailer Breakdown

GameSpot breaks down the debut GTA 6 trailer, analyzing the first reveal of Jason and Lucia and early theories about the game's Bonnie-and-Clyde inspired story.

Our take

A time capsule now — this is what informed opinion looked like the week Trailer 1 landed, before two and a half years of further reveals. Interesting for how much it got right and wrong, less useful as current information.

Our take

DarkViperAU is one of the few analysts in this space who openly says when he does not know something, which is worth a lot in a topic this rumour-heavy. Dated by Trailer 2, but the methodology holds up better than most.

GTA 6... Character Customization

An analysis of leaked and confirmed GTA 6 character customization details, including dynamic hair and beard growth mechanics for Jason and Lucia.

Our take

The oldest video in the vault and the one most dependent on the 2022 leak. Dynamic hair and beard growth is a real thing that appeared in that build; whether it survived to the shipping game is unknown. Historical interest more than current value.
