A Vice City local legend, Boobie Ike is one of the few people to transform his time in the streets into a legitimate business empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio. Charismatic and business-minded, he's a key figure in Vice City's social and criminal landscape, and partners with music producer Dre'Quan Priest through his record label ventures.

Our readHe is the character who has already made it. Real estate, a club and a recording studio are the legitimate face of money that did not start out legitimate, and in GTA that kind of figure usually hands out work rather than doing it himself. Several Extended Look recaps describe an early drug pickup for him that goes wrong when police raid it. Rockstar has not said whether he helps Jason and Lucia, uses them, or both.

That caption is the only place he's named, but it confirms Rudi as a real, officially named trailer element and a textbook "Leonida Man" — the game's parody of the real-world "Florida Man" meme.
